I ground my work from an Existential orientation. This means I am concerned always with my clients' context, ongoing themes, and their search for authenticity and purpose. I work with adults, teens, children and couples on subjects of personal growth, anxiety, depression, bereavement & loss, self esteem, stress, life transitions, burn out, codependency and acculturation among others.
